We want to take your art to the next level.

OVERVIEW.

Your art is both satirical and deeply reflective, blending humour with philosophical commentary. As you approach the 30th anniversary of your iconic Skull Portraits, the goal is to bring your work into sharper focus for both established collectors and new audiences. By building a dynamic, story-driven social media presence, we will create an engaging platform that goes beyond showcasing your art.

This strategy emphasises storytelling, offering audiences an intimate look at your creative process, personal philosophies, and the deeper meanings behind your pieces. From your World Domination Burgers series to the upcoming Skull Portrait NFTs, the content will invite viewers into your world, fostering intrigue, connection, and a broader appreciation for your work and insights. This approach will help lay the foundation for the long-term growth of your online presence while generating momentum for key launches, including the NFT collection.

OBJECTIVES.

The primary aim of this strategy is to craft an engaging and meaningful social media presence that reflects your depth as an artist while broadening your reach. By combining storytelling and innovation, we will achieve the following:

  1. Engage: Build an online presence that captivates and resonates with your target audience by exploring the world through your lens.

  2. Educate: Offer insight into the philosophy, humour, and commentary behind your art to deepen appreciation and connection.

  3. Expand: Reach new audiences through visually striking and shareable content that sparks curiosity and engagement.

  4. Promote: Drive interest in your NFT collection, focusing on the mystery and archetypal narratives behind the Skull Portraits.

APPROACH.

We propose a storytelling-first concept that brings your perspective and themes to life through dynamic, multi-format content. Rather than a standard gallery feed, your social media will feel like a curated "diary" - a blend of artistic exploration, personal insights, and narrative threads.

  1. Immersive Storytelling:

    • Treat social media like a storybook, with you as both the narrator and central character. Content will feel intimate, raw, and engaging, blending visuals, audio, and text to draw audiences into your world.

  2. Thematic Depth:

    • Highlight recurring themes from your work - identity, impermanence, satire, and power - through reflective posts, creative projects, and behind-the-scenes glimpses.

  3. Creative Content Formats:

    • Stream-of-Consciousness Videos: Your musings paired with abstract or thematic visuals.

    • Visual Diaries: Carousels documenting your observations, inspirations, and artistic process.

    • Collaborative Projects: Story-driven initiatives like a disposable camera experiment.

  4. Introducing the Skull Portrait NFTs:

    • Leverage the mystery and archetypal richness of the Skull Portrait series by creating reels that delve into the archetypes and their significance, without giving away explicit identities. Build anticipation around the "gamble" and clues.

DELIVERABLES.

The proposed deliverables are designed to showcase your artistic vision and philosophy while engaging audiences with compelling storytelling. Each piece of content is crafted to reflect the depth and thematic richness of your work, providing an intimate and immersive window into your world. By focusing on your thought process, the essence of your art, and the broader themes, the deliverables aim to captivate, inspire, and connect with a diverse audience.

The following 10 videos are proposed to kickstart your social media presence:

  1. Project Context Reel

  2. Event Video: 'World Domination Burgers Series'

  3. Burger Artwork Spotlight #1

  4. Burger Artwork Spotlight #2

  5. Diary / Stream of Consciousness Video

  6. Process Video (Studio Focus)

  7. Archetype Video #1

  8. Archetype Video #2

  9. Day-in-the-Life Reel

  10. Disposable Camera Carousel: 'Passing Moments'

CONCEPT.

1. Project Context Reel

  • Concept:
Introduces you, your history, and the project's origins in a layered, storybook style. This piece connects your artistic journey to the current phase.

  • Execution:
A visual story blending old photographs, archival footage, and present-day visuals. Warm tones, textured overlays, and a reflective voiceover guide the narrative, giving viewers a sense of intimacy and intrigue. Incorporate POV shots of your hands flipping through old photos, scrapbooks, and diaries to enhance the personal, reflective tone.

2. Event Video: 'World Domination Burgers Series'

  • Concept:
Capture the event from your perspective, immersing viewers in the experience of the World Domination Burgers Series exhibition.

  • Execution:
POV shots, combined with cinematic shots of the sculptures, the crowd, and the event atmosphere. Edited to dynamic music, the video focuses on visual storytelling and energy.

3. Burger Artwork Spotlight #1

  • Concept:
Highlights one of your burger artworks, exploring its layers and underlying story.

  • Execution:
Macro shots of textures and details of the piece, split screen includes the art critic providing their review and analysis.

4. Burger Artwork Spotlight #2

  • Concept:
Another burger piece, focusing on a contrasting idea or mood to keep the series varied.

  • Execution:
Similar format, but with a distinct aesthetic (e.g., darker tones or lighter playfulness) to differentiate it from the first spotlight.

5. Diary / Stream of Consciousness Video

  • Concept:
An intimate, unscripted monologue where you reflect on a topic - art, life, or philosophy - paired with abstract and evocative visuals.

  • Execution:
Voiceover from you, recorded in a quiet moment. Overlay with artistic, almost surreal imagery: close-ups of textures, fleeting moments, and symbolic elements from your world. Overlayed with writing.

6. Process Video (Studio Focus)

  • Concept:
A behind-the-scenes look at your artistic process, emphasising the details and decisions that go into creating your work.

  • Execution:
Document raw, hands-on moments: mixing paint, sketching outlines, refining a skull piece. Minimal voiceover or text, allowing the visuals to speak for themselves with an atmospheric soundtrack.

7. Archetype Video #1

  • Concept:
Introduces one of the skull archetypes (e.g., The Fool), building mystery and excitement for the NFT project.

  • Execution:
Stream-of-consciousness narration paired with abstract, high-contrast visuals: flashes of skull details, symbolic objects, and dreamlike transitions. Keep the tone cryptic yet engaging.

8. Archetype Video #2

  • Concept:
Similar to the first, but showcasing another archetype (e.g., The High Priestess), with a distinct tone and style.

  • Execution:
Use different symbols and colour palettes to create contrast between archetypes while maintaining a cohesive visual identity.

9. Day-in-the-Life Reel

  • Concept:
A dynamic and poetic glimpse into your daily life, showing how art weaves into your routine.

  • Execution:
Footage of quiet rituals (e.g., coffee brewing, sketching), juxtaposed with active studio moments. Tie it together with subtle voiceover or sound design for an immersive experience.

10. Disposable Camera Carousel: 'Passing Moments'

  • Concept:
A visual exploration of the theme of transience, subtly reflecting your artistic philosophy. The disposable camera passes through different hands, capturing unplanned, fleeting moments from various perspectives.

  • Execution:
Provide a disposable camera to you, which you pass on during your day, allowing each person to take a single photo before handing it off. The resulting images are curated into a carousel, telling a fragmented yet cohesive story. Captions reflect on the impermanence of moments.
