COSIMO (to his courtiers)
“All these works… they’ve given me the greatest satisfaction.
Not only for the glory of God — but for my own remembrance.”

(He smiles. Nobles nod with reverence.)

COSIMO
“You absolute lunatic. Do you often wander into courts waving heads about?”

ALEXANDER (shouting as he's dragged out)

“It’s about legacy! The essence of you!
Someone explain that to him!”

Light flares. Alexander materialises.

COSIMO
“What in God’s name—?”

ALEXANDER (smiling, calm)
“Cosimo de’ Medici. I’ve come from the future.”

COSIMO
“You’ve what?!”

ALEXANDER
“You spoke about wanting to be remembered. I’ve captured your form so you can live on forever!

He spots DONATELLO) at the edge of the court.

ALEXANDER

“Donatello! You’re an artist — you get it Tell him!

ALEXANDER (lifts glowing skull)
“You wished to be remembered.
I made this — in your honour.”

COSIMO (shocked, recoils)
“…What is this sorcery, some kind of devil's lantern?”

ALEXANDER
“It’s you sir. It’s your skull….”

COSIMO (alarmed, disdainful)
“This sounds like witchcraft...

“Guards! Remove this man — and whatever sorcery he’s swirling!”
