It was really great to meet you. It's clear you've built something genuinely different in a market that's overdue for it — the way you talk about HR as a revenue driver rather than a cost centre is a compelling message, and one that video can help land in a way that a leaflet or LinkedIn post alone can't.
You're a few weeks going into going to market with The Inside Track Consultancy, with two core services you want to communicate clearly: your People & Culture Brand Architecture and your Performance & Revenue HR offering. You want to pair short videos with physical direct mail — leaflets with QR codes — as your primary way of getting in front of potential clients. Your audience is business owners and CEOs of small businesses, typically 5–70 people, who currently see HR as a necessary evil. The job of these videos is to shift that.
Based on our conversation, here's what we're proposing..
OBJECTIVES.
Give potential clients a clear, human sense of who you are before they've met you
Explain your two key services in plain language, without jargon
Position you as approachable but expert — the opposite of a faceless HR provider
Create short-form cuts for LinkedIn that work independently of the leaflet campaign
Build a bank of content ready for your website relaunch
APPROACH.
We'd shoot everything in a single day. The format is a relaxed interview-style conversation — we work with you on the questions beforehand so you know exactly what ground we're covering, but the delivery stays natural. Two cameras throughout, so the edit has plenty to work with.
Once you're happy with the first cut, we include one round of revisions.
