CONTENT PROPOSAL.

HELLO.
HS Wood Flooring is more than a showroom - it’s an experience. From the hands on service to the varnish “bar” and bespoke workshop, every visit reflects your team’s expertise, personality, and care.
At twothirtyfive, we create social media content that brings a brand to life. For HS Wood Flooring, our goal is to showcase your craftsmanship, team personality, and unique customer experience in engaging, shareable videos that educate, entertain, and attract new customers.
This proposal outlines a monthly content package structured around five pillars - Challengers, Bar / Finish Tasting, Customer Stories, Floors through Time, and Trending / Inspiration - designed to consistently deliver high-quality, audience-ready social media content.
We want to take your content to the next level.
OBJECTIVES.
Showcase HS Wood Flooring’s unique showroom experience and personable team.
Highlight expertise and craftsmanship through engaging, informative content.
Create fun, shareable videos that encourage audience interaction.
Educate viewers with tips, tricks, and insights related to flooring, design, and finishes.
Promote bespoke services and demonstrate how HS Flooring guides customers from brief to finished space.
Leverage trending social media formats to keep content current and relevant.
Establish a consistent, high-quality content pipeline with measurable engagement.
OUR VISION
We believe social media content works best when it captures personality, expertise, and experience all at once. For HS Wood Flooring, the goal isn’t just to show floors - it’s to translate the showroom experience, craftsmanship, and team personality into short, engaging content that people want to watch, share, and follow.
We’ve structured our approach around content that is authentic, visual, and social-first. Each series is designed to highlight a different aspect of the business: from the hands-on expertise of the team, to playful challenges, to educational tips and insights, and trending content that keeps the brand relevant. Every video is short, 1–2 minutes, optimised for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social feeds, with the potential to split longer discussions into multiple clips to maximise engagement and build audience loyalty.
The ideas behind this strategy are simple:
Showcase people, not just products - letting personalities shine builds connection and trust.
Educate and inspire - demonstrating craftsmanship, design knowledge, and practical tips positions HS Flooring as experts.
Create curiosity and entertainment - playful challenges and unique segments give viewers a reason to follow.
Leverage social-first storytelling - short, punchy, visually engaging videos increase reach, engagement, and shareability.
This approach ensures every piece of content feels like part of the HS Wood Flooring story, while also achieving the business goal of growing awareness, credibility, and footfall.
CONTENT EXAMPLES
Below are our proposed series for HS Wood Flooring, designed to deliver consistent, engaging social media content every month. Each series is designed to highlight a different aspect of the business, from expertise and craftsmanship to personality and trends.
1. Customer Stories: Around the Table
A relaxed, story-driven series filmed around the large wooden showroom table. Each mini-episode features members of the team discussing a recent project: the original brief, challenges faced, bespoke elements, material choices, and how they guided the client through the process. Conversations are intercut with before-and-after images or short clips from the workshop, giving viewers a clear sense of the transformation.
Duration & Format: While a full discussion may last up to 30 minutes, each social media deliverable will be 1–2 minutes, focusing on specific highlights. Discussions will be clipped into parts to maximise content output and encourage viewers to follow for the next segments. The full episode could exist on your website - encouraging viewers to visit.
Tone & Style: Natural, conversational, and personable - letting the team’s personalities shine while keeping it punchy for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Why it works: Builds credibility and trust by showing expertise and process in a digestible format. Breaking longer episodes into shorter clips increases engagement and gives viewers reasons to return to your channels.
2. Behind the Bar: Varnish Tips & Education
This series turns the showroom bar into a visual and educational hook. Team members showcase different finishes and varnishes, describing them in tasting-style terms while demonstrating application techniques. Episodes may also cover common mistakes, tips for enhancing a room’s feel, and occasional guest appearances. Cinematic close-ups of varnish being poured or rubbed into wood, soft lighting, and warm tones create a cozy, inviting atmosphere.
Duration & Format: Each video is 1–2 minutes, concise but visually engaging. Clips focus on a single tip, technique, or demonstration, making them perfect for Reels and TikTok.
Tone & Style: Friendly bar chat style, cinematic visuals, and educational storytelling. Positions the team as approachable experts while keeping viewers engaged.
Why it works: People are naturally curious about processes they don’t usually see. Short, visually rich tips are shareable and position HS Flooring as knowledgeable while making viewers feel like part of the experience.
3. Challengers: Creative & Workshop Competitions
A fun, interactive series showcasing the team’s creativity, skill, and personalities. Staff members take on individual or shared challenges — for example, crafting a plank finish, selecting a combination of wood and varnish for a brief, or designing a small feature — while viewers can see behind-the-scenes processes rarely seen by the public.
Challenges could include:
Interior designer receiving a brief (e.g., “small, low-light cottage kitchen”) and selecting wood type, finish, and layout while explaining her choices. AI visualisation can show the blank room, then overlay the chosen wood and finish.
Workshop staff creating bespoke elements from scratch.
Optional voting or polls for audience engagement.
Duration & Format: Each challenge is delivered as a 1–2 minute video, with the option to split longer challenges into multiple short episodes to keep content flowing across social platforms.
Tone & Style: Playful, competitive, and educational. Highlights personality and craftsmanship while encouraging engagement and fascination with the craft.
Why it works: Competitions are entertaining, shareable, and reveal behind-the-scenes expertise that viewers are naturally curious about. Splitting content into short clips maximises reach and retention.
4. Floors Through Time
A series exploring iconic buildings and design styles that feature distinctive wooden flooring — from historic landmarks to modern architectural spaces. Each episode focuses on one location or style, with the team discussing what makes the flooring special, the types of wood and finishes used, and how similar effects can be achieved today. Our team can support by researching the chosen buildings and preparing key talking points to guide the discussion.
Duration & Format: Each video is 1–2 minutes, featuring a single presenter supported by stills, archive imagery, or short clips. Perfect for repurposing as reels or short-form educational content.
Tone & Style: Refined, informative, and visually rich — blending history, craftsmanship, and design storytelling.
Why it works: This series establishes the brand’s authority and expertise by connecting modern design with heritage and craft traditions. It appeals to both trade audiences and homeowners, tapping into design inspiration, nostalgia, and cultural appreciation for craftsmanship.
5. Trending & Inspiration
A flexible pillar designed to keep HS Flooring culturally relevant. Content leverages trending sounds, formats, and challenges, overlaid with design and flooring tips or commentary from the team. Episodes may include trend spotlights, reactions to viral interior ideas, or staff opinions supported by visual examples.
Duration & Format: Each video is 1–2 minutes, perfect for social-first formats, allowing rapid posting and high engagement with trending content.
Tone & Style: Fresh, topical, and visually engaging, keeping the brand current while positioning the team as approachable experts in design.
Why it works: Trending content increases discoverability and reach on social platforms. Overlaying expert commentary demonstrates authority while short, punchy clips maintain engagement and relevance.
