We want to take your content to the next level.

OBJECTIVES.

  1. Be seen regularly by the right people — landlords and property owners who are already thinking about short-letting but haven't made a move yet.

  2. Build enough trust online that when they're ready, you're the obvious call.

  3. Create a content library that works across Instagram, Facebook and your website — not just for new leads but for the clients you already have.

  4. Start small, prove what works, then build a consistent flow from there.

OUR APPROACH

This is where we'd start. Not a fixed plan — a direction we'd develop together once we get going.

Transformation content The before and after — but made watchable. Talent stands in the tired, empty room. A swipe across the screen. Suddenly they're standing in the finished space, all warm light and fresh linen. No speaking required. Just visual, hooky, effective. Anyone can be the talent. The property does the work.

Host stories Real Airbnb hosts, talking about their place and their neighbourhood. Favourite coffee shop, best spot on the street, why they love having guests. It promotes their listing, so they're genuinely motivated to take part — and Air Operate is woven naturally into the story. A mention in the script, a subtle end card, a line about who helps them manage it all. Mutual value, no awkwardness.

Host testimonials Casual, unscripted-feeling. "I'm Sarah, I've been hosting for three years, this is my flat in Peckham." They walk us through the space, talk about what it looked like before, what they were worried about, what changed. As they speak, we layer in the before stills — the empty rooms, the tired interiors — cutting through to where it is now. Their words become the narration for the transformation. Air Operate doesn't need to sell itself. The host does it for them, and the visuals do the rest.

Trade tips The builder. The cleaner. The staging person. Short, direct, useful. "Three things guests always notice that most landlords miss." Real people, real expertise, no corporate polish. Incredibly watchable and it humanises the whole operation.

Explainers — done differently Soft music, real footage, on-screen text that feels native to the phone. Show a message thread, a booking coming in, the numbers ticking up. Ground it in the reality of how it actually works rather than how a corporate ad would describe it.

Or even simpler — text on screen: "when you discover Air Operate aka the best hack for your property" — someone's genuine reaction, then straight into the beautiful space, the glowing reviews, the income rolling in. No script. No spokesperson. Just the result speaking for itself.

People don't want to feel like they're watching a training video. This feels like something you'd stumble on and actually watch to the end.

A signature series We have ideas for an ongoing format that roots Air Operate in the neighbourhoods and communities it works in. Something that builds a following beyond landlords and gives the brand genuine cultural personality. Too good to rush — we'd love to develop this one together properly.

On camera We hear you. None of the above relies on you being the face of it. But we've built it so that if the moment ever feels right, there's a natural place for you. No pressure either way.

OUR VISION

Most property management brands look the same. Dark backgrounds, stock photography, corporate language. Nothing that makes you want to stop scrolling, let alone follow.
